Reference project
Shangzhi Project
The Shangzhi plant is located in the Chinese province of Heilongjiang. The biomethane plant, with a thermal capacity of 30 MWth, was commissioned in 2022 and utilises corn and rice straw silage. Biogas and an organic NPKS fertiliser are produced. The biogas is upgraded to CNG. The produced CNG is sold to customers daily via the plant’s own natural gas filling station.
